What is stored

Submitting a request saves your name, phone number, route, cargo details and attached documents. Additional contact information is stored if you provide it.

How your data is used

To process your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange transportation. Requests and attachments are restricted to authorised staff. If CRM is connected, the request is passed to the company’s enquiry management system.

Attribution and draft data

The site records referral sources, campaign tags and interaction events without form-field contents. An unfinished request is temporarily stored in the current browser session to protect against accidental loss.
